How much is a taxi from Bourne End to Heathrow?

Our fixed fare from Bourne End to Heathrow starts from £45, and the £7 drop-off charge applies on top for departures. For an MPV or a larger group, ask for a quote. When you compare prices, check whether Heathrow’s charge is included, because some firms put it in the headline fare and others add it later. See our Heathrow taxi page or use the quote form.

What is the Heathrow drop-off charge?

Heathrow charges £7 every time a vehicle enters a terminal drop-off zone. If a car enters a second time, for example after going to the wrong terminal, the charge applies again. There are no barriers and you cannot pay at the terminal. The charge is paid online, by phone or through an autopay account, by the end of the day after the visit. Heathrow’s terms say paying does not entitle a driver to wait in the zone, and several airport guides report a 10-minute maximum stay.

How does pick-up work when I land?

Your driver does not wait outside the terminal, because waiting in the drop-off zones is not allowed. Instead, for arrivals our driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board and helps with your luggage. Meet and greet is included at no extra charge. We monitor your flight in real time, so a delay does not leave you without a driver.

What time should I leave Bourne End for my flight?

Start from your airline’s check-in or bag drop deadline and work backwards. Add the 30 to 40 minute drive, then allow extra for M4 traffic and the walk from the drop-off zone to check-in. Give us your flight number and departure time when you book, and we will agree a pick-up time with you.
