Which Gatwick terminal do I need?

Airlines move between terminals, and some, such as TUI, use both, so check your booking or boarding pass. A free shuttle links the two terminals and takes about two minutes.
What is the Gatwick drop-off charge?
Gatwick charges a minimum of £10 to use the drop-off zones outside the North and South terminals, which covers up to 10 minutes. The maximum charge is £30 and the maximum stay is 30 minutes. You cannot pay at the forecourt. The charge is paid afterwards, by midnight on the day after the visit, and an unpaid charge becomes a Parking Charge Notice of £100, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days. Guides report that entering the second terminal’s forecourt, after going to the wrong one, means a second charge, so confirm your terminal first.
How long does the journey take?
Allow 70 to 80 minutes in normal traffic. The route runs round the M25 and leaves at junction 7 for the M23 and Gatwick. Start from your airline’s check-in deadline and work backwards, then add a margin for M25 traffic. Give us your flight number and departure time when you book, and we will agree a pick-up time with you.
How does pick-up work when I land?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board and helps with your luggage. Meet and greet is included, and there is no waiting charge for the first 60 minutes after landing. We monitor your flight in real time, so a delay does not leave you without a driver.
Taxi or train from Bourne End to Gatwick?
There is no direct train. By rail you change at Maidenhead and again at Reading or in London, and Gatwick station sits beneath the South Terminal, with the shuttle to the North Terminal.
